What payment methods are available ?

Payment can be made via PayFast (which supports Visa credit card payments), OZOW, SnapScan, Zapper and instant EFT. You can also do a direct deposit (EFT) to Ivohealth .

  • If you have already placed your order, please include the order number.
  • Our customer support team is available 8:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Outside of these times you are welcome to message us. We endeavour to respond within 24 hours.

Can I cancel my order?

  • If the order has not yet been processed, we can accommodate a cancellation. Please contact us via the contact form, telephone (+27) 0860 456 123 or email info@ivohealth.co.za.
  • If your order has already been processed, please log a return by reaching out via our contact form.

DELIVERY

 

When will be order be processed?

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours on weekdays, or the first working day after a weekend or public holiday. If you would like an update on your order, please contact us with your order number.

Will I be notified when my order is on its way?

You will receive notification (by email) when your order is confirmed and again when it is on its way.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a link via email to enable tracking.

What are the delivery costs?

  • There is free delivery on orders valued at R1000 and over.
  • Orders under R1,000 are charged R120.

WARRANTIES AND RETURNS

Can I return any items?

  • If a product is in unopened and undamaged, it can be returned for an Ivohealth credit or a refund.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, opened products are not eligible for return.
  • We accept returns or exchanges for up to 14 days after delivery.
  • Items that have been dropped or damaged during use are not eligible for returns.

Our returns process

Please log the return using our contact form on the Contact us page. Once the product has reached our warehouse, it is inspected to ensure it is in excellent condition, before a refund or credit is processed.

How long do I have to return an item in my order?

We will accept returns or exchanges for 14 days after delivery. It takes between 3 and 7 working days to process returns once they have been received.

Do I receive a refund for returns?

If returned goods are unopened and undamaged, you will be eligible for a refund or an Ivohealth credit. Please log your return via our contact form, and include your invoice number.

What do I do if I receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty item in my order?

What kind of warranties does Ivohealth offer?

  • Warranties vary, depending on the brand/product. Oclean sonic toothbrushes and oral irrigators have a 2-year warranty.
  • If you have problem with any product purchased from Ivohealth please contact our customer support team.
  • Please note that warranties do not apply for items that have been dropped or damaged during use.
