MyoSpots are small dissolvable pads that adhere to the roof of the mouth to correct tongue posture and improve breathing through facilitated tongue elevation exercises. Tongue elevation exercises can help to improve tongue strength and assist with correcting mouth breathing.

Mouth breathing can cause a range of worrying symptoms from crooked teeth to bad breath and gum disease. Especially in children, mouth breathing can cause dental problems, irritability, enlarged tonsils, difficulty concentrating and sleepiness.

Myospots will improve your tongue placement by guiding it into the correct position and reminding the tongue to keep elevating until it has dissolved. This will train the tongue muscles to have the correct posture and help prevent mouth breathing.
