Doppelherz® aktiv Omega-3 + Folic Acid + B6 + B12 has been recognised that a regular intake of omega-3 fatty acids is important for the body. Omega-3 fatty acids help to maintain a healthy heart and healthy blood vessels.

The most important representatives of the omega-3 family are docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). These help to support and maintain cardiovascular health. Vitamin E serves as a potent antioxidant, protecting cells from oxidative damage.

Doppelherz® aktiv Omega-3 + Folic acid + B6 + B12 capsules also contain folic acid and vitamins B6 and B12. Vitamin B6 contributes to healthy tissue formation within the body. Folic acid and vitamin B12 contribute to the formation of red blood cells, which are responsible for the distribution of oxygen within the body.
