How to use your Balene Manual Toothbrush

1. Wet the bristles.
2. Apply toothpaste to both sides of the head.
3. Gently bite, closing your teeth on the brush.
4. Slide the brush horizontally along your teeth.
5. Rinse the bristles and leave to air dry.
